Different types of personal data

We process the following categories of personal data:

E-mail address and password in order to access the mobile application. Images of and data on invoices, bills or payments, which will be scanned and used to (for example) process submitted expense reports. Your location when you use our mobile application to declare your travel expenses.

There are several ways ICreative BV can collect your data. For example, when you register as a user of our application or when you submit an expense report.

The purposes for which we use your data

The data you provide us with is used to process expenses and to secure the access to your data. In addition, ICreative collects anonymised user data to continuously improve her mobile application.
